1. Place your name

- Click on the 1st field that says First Name and Last Name
- Enter your correct details and click save.
2. Enter your cell phone number
- Click on the field that says Cell Phone Number
- Enter your correct information and click save.
We recommend that you enter a number that exists and is yours so that your rewards will be delivered to you.
