How to Correct Rejected Earnings Summary

You’ll receive an 📧 email notification if your earnings summary is rejected. Here are some common reasons why this may happen:

🚫 Screenshots without a visible date
🧩 Screenshots with cropped or incomplete info
⬇️ Dropdowns not fully expanded
📆 Screenshots combining multiple dates
Wrong date or week – Uploaded receipt doesn’t match required dates
🖼️ Multiple earnings summaries in one image – Each screenshot must show only one summary
👎 Receipt with 0 trips

To fix your submission, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Find the rejected earnings summary
  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Look at the Status column and find the rejected summary
  3. Click See why to review the issue. If no reason appears, contact us via chat 💬
2️⃣ Correct and re-upload to Dovetail

🗓️ Important: You can only re-upload during the same week you submitted.

  1. Take new screenshots with corrections
  2. Click Submit and follow the steps in the How to Upload Earnings Summary guide
  3. Do a final check to make sure everything’s correct, then upload the updated screenshots
3️⃣ Track your status
  1. Review can take up to 5 days
  2. We’ll send an email to let you know if it’s approved or rejected
  3. You can also track your submission in the Dovetail Dashboard
