⏰ How long does it take to review my receipts?
It usually takes 6 days for your receipt to have a status and about 7 days for your receipt to be paid.
Takes only 2 minutes to upload your receipt.
At Dovetail we will take care of reviewing it within approximately 6 days of uploading it to the platform.
When you upload a receipt, it may appear immediately as approved or without a status, but this does not mean it is the final status..
If your receipt has already been "Approved", you must wait for our rewards team to review it and add it to the list of "Ready" receipts, which means that they will be paid soon.
All your receipts that say "Ready" will be processed for payment one week apart.
For example: On November 13, 2023 (Mon), we reward all shipments from November 4 (Sat) to November 10 (Fri), which is the week before the reward crediting.
Rewards begin every Monday afternoon (subject to change or variation).
