We want to help you maximize your earnings! The first step is learning how to correctly upload your earnings summary.
1️⃣ Correctly Capture Earnings Summary
We’ve made video tutorials with written instructions for Uber, Lyft, and DoorDash to help you capture your earnings summary correctly:
🚨REMINDER: We recommend double checking that you’ve captured all the right information in your screenshots. This will help reduce the chances of getting a rejected submission later on.
2️⃣ Upload Screenshots to Dovetail
Once you have all the necessary screenshots, it’s time to upload them.
PLEASE NOTE: Submissions are accepted Monday through Thursday, but only a limited number per app will be accepted. We recommend submitting early for the best chance at getting paid this week!
- Select the Submit button to make a new entry.
- Choose the app type, the device you’re using, and the previous week’s dates.
- Select Upload Screenshots and attach the correct screenshot(s).
REMINDER: We only accept the previous week’s earnings summary, so double-check that the dates in your screenshots match those on your submission form. - Once uploaded, review all the information one last time before submitting.
⏳ Your submission will be in review, which can take up to 5 days.

Pending: Your earnings summary is under review (up to 5 days).
Approved: It meets all requirements.
Ready: Your reward will be processed the following Friday.
Complete: Your PayPal account has been credited.
No Status: It’s undergoing detailed review. No further action needed.
Rejected: An error was found. Click the (i) icon to correct it within seven days.
📧 We’ll send you an email notification letting you know if your submission was approved or rejected.
If your submission is rejected, don’t worry! Just correct the mistake and re-upload to Dovetail. For more information, check out our How to Correct Rejected Earnings Summary article.
If your submission is approved, good job! Make sure that you’ve linked your preferred payment method and your reward will be delivered on Friday. 💰
